"I ordered my ring and got it in a very short amount of time. It was too small and my wedding was about ten days out. I sent it back and they made me a new one that was a little larger. I paid the difference and got another one that was still just a bit too small. It worked enough for the wedding and when we got back to the states I sent it back and they made me yet another one. And fyi It was totally my fault for the ring not being the correct size. Unbelievable product and service. Everyone that I spoke to on the phone there was so helpful. "This is the 2nd time I have gone to WeddingBands.com to purchase a diamond anniversary band and they do not dissappoint ! Its very easy to get a hold of a customer service rep and email any specs or pictures to show exactly what you want in your ring. I usually look art the site to get an idea and then discuss my unique needs over the phone. This may be a slight change to the setting or diamond size. For my first order I wasnt sure if a website would be a good way to buy a diamond ring however they make it very easy to discuss your needs and send pictures in advance etc that I went back a second time for another ring to stack with the first. In the case of my second ring once received I wanted a different setting with thicker prongs and they worked with me until I got exactly what I wanted! "The 14K wedding bands were of the highest quality and equal or better to the jewelry stores that we visited. The engraving was picture perfect. We were also able to get the exact size that we needed. All of the jewelry stores would have had to resize for an additional fee and take an extra two weeks or more deliver the rings.
