Because I ordered on 9-10-12 and needed by 9-15-12 I was promised a substitute ring by 9-14-12 should there be some delay on my original order. Edessa not only kept me posted throughout the week of my order but she had my ring delivered as promised right on my wedding day 9-15-12. "I lost me wedding ring while getting an MRI of my shoulder. They make you take off all metal. Anyways I had a comfort fit 6mm gold band with engravings and at wedding bands.com it was 50 cheaper than what I found at the local jeweler. The ring and engraving was gorgeous and was delivered in 3 days! Hopefully I will never have to get another one....but if I do I will definitely order again. Great company...no complaints!"
