"I always got a reply to my emails within 24hours usually straight away but sometimes it took a little longer because of the time difference I got a ring sizer kit in just over a week and when I ordered my ring it came in just over a week as well which I was very impressed with considering Im in the southern hemisphere! "I have been married 10 years. I was told it would be $200 to size my wedding band and engagement ring.
