OUR CUSTOMERS LOVE US
"We ordered our wedding bands through weddingbands.com and were very happy with the rings and the free engraving inside the bands. Unfortunately we ordered the wrong size. Weddingbands.com sent us a return address and sent them back. Within 4 days they sent us 2 rings the size we needed. They were so easy to work with and we are extremely happy with our rings. Thanks for everything!!"

"Dear WB, We loved the rings.
I'd like to take a moment to highlight the excellent customer service provided to me this week by Steve (in shipping?). I ordered two wedding bands a few weeks ago, and the one meant for me wasn't a perfect fit. I returned it once, but the next size down also wasn't a perfect fit. I returned the ring again. In short order Steve expedited the manufacturing of what turns out is the perfect fit and overnighted it to me.
The ring arrived yesterday--one day before my departure for Italy and our wedding--and we couldn't be more pleased with your company. Many thanks to Steve and the other fine folks who helped us out in a pinch.
Sincerely,
"

"We purchased the handcrafted rings from this website. We had loved the designs and took pictures of the rings to local jewelers to see if they would make rings similar. Their prices were outrageous! Weddingbands.com had the best designs and prices. But most importantly they had the best service. We had our rings modified in width and engraved. Our rings are beautiful and we love them. I especially wanted to thank the customer service representative who helped us Edessa. She was so professional and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience. Out of all the wedding arrangements and expenses our bands were the easiest!"
