"originally chose a tricolor band but thickness was too thin for me and size did not feel like I wanted. I called and made arrangements to have a custom ring made like the original made a little larger in size and thickness. received it yesterday and it is stunning. Craftsmanship is stellar and only had to pay the difference in cost to custom make it in a larger size and weight. wedding bands are easy to work with you wont be disappointed and Im picky. Granted the price was good the service was terrible they never even called to let us know when it came in and when we went to go pick it up it was the wrong ring! So we had to re-order the ring and wait another 2 weeks for them to call and let us know it was in which they never did...we had to call them again!
