"I am a very big procrastinator. I waited until 2 wks before my husbands and my anniversary to order a replacement wedding band for him. I not only wanted a certain band but also wanted it engraved on the inside. In my order I requested that if this would not be able to be received by our anniversary for customer service to call me. The very next day an associate called me to reassure me that even though I had ordered a ring that is custom made they would make sure that it would be crafted and shipped for me to receive it in time. As they said they would they did. I received the band with days to spare and had a wonderful anniversary and even had our priest renew our vows. Thank you and Great Job to all involved!"

"My wife and I looked all over for unique band that I liked. One day I stumbled across WeddingBands.com. I was amazed at the selection and information on the site. I found a palladium band that I loved and have never seen anything like in in a jewelry store. So we ordered it. After the wedding it was a little too big. So we were able to exchange it for smaller size. The customer service is excellent. You will be extremely happy."
