"The ring I ordered in a local jewelry store came late and it was not the right size. They told me that it will take 6 wks to get the right one. I was in panic. Until I a friend of mine recommended me this site. I not only wanted a certain band but also wanted it engraved on the inside. In my order I requested that if this would not be able to be received by the wedding date for customer service to call me. The very next day an associate called me to reassure me that even though I had ordered a ring that is custom made they would make sure that it would be crafted and shipped for me to receive it in time. As they said they would they did. I received the ring within four days. It was amazingly beautiful. Thank you weddingbands.com!

"All I can say about weddingbands.com in short is Excellent products in affordable price outstanding customer service. Being new in this country I was a little hesitant to order a wedding ring for myself and after a lot of research selected this company to buy my platinum ring. I ordered a 5 mm comfort fit platinum ring that I was much cheaper compared to other jewelers in my locality. The ring was just awesome and delivered within 3-4 days along with authenticity certificated and appraisal letters as promised. I returned the ring 2 times for some sizing issue which were taken care by the customer service team so well. They are so prompt in answering every doubt a customer might have. The jewelry store salesperson was kind enough to tell me the manufacturer of the band I was looking at. The jewelry store price was $1895 plus tax. I found the identical wedding band here for $922 with no tax! It shipped quickly and was delivered via USPS. I highly recommend weddingbands.com!"
