When the ring didnt fit you all exchanged it. WB even took good care of a ring I sent as a size example and sent it back tucked carefully in one of those beautiful boxes. I broke the rules. "My ring was exactly what we ordered. Its a modest gold ban very comfortable and well-fitting. It was packaged very well in a small pouch which was in a plastic bag which was then in 2 outer envelopes. Im very happy with the whole purchase and delivery."
