It was exactly what was pictured. The customer service is impeccable. They ran into an issue with the engraving I requested and a I received a prompt phone call to clear the matter. Titanium and white gold combo isnt easy to find and I have tried looking at many different places with no luck until I found this site. Found exactly what I was looking for.
