"Even though I have made purchases online I had some trepidation about buying gold jewelry especially our wedding bands online. However after reading MANY of the online testimonials and one clarifying phone call with the company I felt more at ease. Then we received our wedding bands but neither one fit. Feeling a little panicked I called the company and they couldnt have been nicer or more helpful! They immediately sent me an email outlining my concern and the information needed to mail back the rings. My partner was lucky because on the 2nd try his fit perfectly. Mine however needed to be returned a 2nd time again incredible customer service! and on the 3rd try it fit like a charm. I should also note that the turn around time was very quick...within a week. We are very pleased with the quality and look of the rings and we were very impressed when they arrived in a beautiful wooden box. I can honestly say that the rings and every contact we had with the company were exceptional. I do not have any reservation recommending weddingbands.com and I encourage all couples to consider purchasing their rings from them. "I am extremely happy with my new ring. I have been married for 16 years and in 2005 my wedding band slipped off of my finger without my noticing it. Since then I have worn another band lent to me by a family member. But I have always missed my original band. I felt badly about losing it and didnt feel I had the right to another one. Recently though I told my husband how I felt and he jumped into action. He wears a matching band to my original. He said he would try to find the same band or we would both order new bands so that we would again match. The next day he found the exact same band celtic knotted sent me the information and told me to order. I did. The ring came quickly and it is EXACTLY like the original. It is really beautiful and I am so happy to have my ring back. He had found similar rings on other websites but this was the only one that looked to be an exact match and the quality looked very high online. "Ordered 2 white gold wedding bands. With the current exchange rate we got a fantatsic price far cheaper than buying in Australia and the delivery time was amazingly fast.
