"I am a very big procrastinator. I waited until 2 wks before my husbands and my anniversary to order a replacement wedding band for him. I not only wanted a certain band but also wanted it engraved on the inside. In my order I requested that if this would not be able to be received by our anniversary for customer service to call me. The very next day an associate called me to reassure me that even though I had ordered a ring that is custom made they would make sure that it would be crafted and shipped for me to receive it in time. As they said they would they did. I received the band with days to spare and had a wonderful anniversary and even had our priest renew our vows. Thank you and Great Job to all involved!" "I ordered two of these as engagement rings for my boyfriend and me. I proposed as I was flying us over the Golden Gate Bridge in a Cessna. Romantic huh? He said yes! The rings are substantial despite only being the 5mm ones. The 18k Gold is beautiful but really soft as expected. They do scratch easily but adds character to the rings. The good thing about that is that every 6 months we can get them polished and looking like new again. I ordered from Weddingbands.com because all the reviews were so good. Everything was fine however I would suggest that they provide care instructions for the rings and maybe a polishing rag and when shipping correct the tracking system. I could not track the rings after they shipped it did not work for some reason. Other than that I would recommend them on price and quality. I may look at them again upon ceremony time when well get the actual wedding rings." Jeff W., San Francisco
