"Ordered online after confirming some design changes via email. I got the ring with my specific choices within a week. I am amazed at the speed. The ring is gorgeous and exactly what we wanted.
Dropped the ring on the pavement the minute I got it and it has a nice ding in it but I am sure it can be buffed out - 14k gold is too soft for my abuse.
Overall very good experience start to finish."

They directed me to something very close and then customized the production to give me exactly what I wanted at no additional cost. To top it off the ring arrived two days before they said it would.
