I'd like to take a moment to highlight the excellent customer service provided to me this week by Steve (in shipping?). I ordered two wedding bands a few weeks ago, and the one meant for me wasn't a perfect fit. I returned it once, but the next size down also wasn't a perfect fit. I returned the ring again. In short order Steve expedited the manufacturing of what turns out is the perfect fit and overnighted it to me.
The ring arrived yesterday--one day before my departure for Italy and our wedding--and we couldn't be more pleased with your company. Many thanks to Steve and the other fine folks who helped us out in a pinch.

"Recently I was looking for a new Wedding Band. Being somewhat apprehensive about companies that sell jewelry especially here in South Florida I went on the internet and came across WeddingBands.com. I contacted the company and spoke to Steve who was both informative and professional. I choose the ring I wanted and figured that if I wasnt satisfied with it I would just return it. "My fiancé has very big hands and a very unique taste. We searched kay jcpenny perry winkle etc trying to find a ring he loved. Not something that was just okay. Finally we found a ring on wedding bands.com. I ordered a ring sizer actual rings for free and ordered his ring right after. It fits perfect he is inlove and cant wait to be able to wear it he tries I wont let him! Lol great and fast service! We are very happy customers!"

"Our WeddingBands experience was wonderful like our whole wedding. We only had five days between the ring sizing and the wedding. With the free plastic sizing rings finding the right size was a breeze. Even with free engraving our rings were ready in two days and shipped to our wedding resort with time to spare.
