Immediately after purchasing the ring I received a purchase confirmation e-mail telling me the estimated date for completion and shipping of the ring. The ring shipped exactly on the date estimated and promptly arrived at my home in a nice box with accompanying appraisal and order paperwork plus info on returning if needed. The quality of the ring was excellent the fit perfect and the free engraving on the inside of the ring was the special touch.
