Granted the price was good the service was terrible they never even called to let us know when it came in and when we went to go pick it up it was the wrong ring! So we had to re-order the ring and wait another 2 weeks for them to call and let us know it was in which they never did...we had to call them again! So for my fiances wedding band I found a great deal on weddingbands.com. It was a matching ring to mine and I was able to get it engraved for free which I love! I received the ring in the mail about a week after I purchased it. Everything was perfect from the fit and look of the ring all the way to the box it came in! Needless to say I wish I had ordered my ring from weddingbands.com! I definitely recommend their services and products!"

"WAS SOME DIFFICULT WITH DATE OF GETTING RING BUT WAS TAKING CARE OF AND PROVIDED ME WITH UPDATE INFORMATION AS BEST THE COULD. CUST SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT AND I RECVD MY RING IN ENOUGH TIME MY FIANCE LOVED HIS RING SO MUCH HE IS WEARING IT NOW. "Dear WB, We loved the rings.
I'd like to take a moment to highlight the excellent customer service provided to me this week by Steve (in shipping?). I ordered two wedding bands a few weeks ago, and the one meant for me wasn't a perfect fit. I returned it once, but the next size down also wasn't a perfect fit. I returned the ring again. In short order Steve expedited the manufacturing of what turns out is the perfect fit and overnighted it to me.
The ring arrived yesterday--one day before my departure for Italy and our wedding--and we couldn't be more pleased with your company. Many thanks to Steve and the other fine folks who helped us out in a pinch.
