With so many selections I had a hard time deciding but in the end found a ring that was exactly what I was looking for.
Immediately after purchasing the ring I received a purchase confirmation e-mail telling me the estimated date for completion and shipping of the ring. The ring shipped exactly on the date estimated and promptly arrived at my home in a nice box with accompanying appraisal and order paperwork plus info on returning if needed. The quality of the ring was excellent the fit perfect and the free engraving on the inside of the ring was the special touch. Not only did I need my ring in size GIANT 15 but I also had it altered to a thinner height size 1.8mm down to 1.4mm. I did price the ring with 2 local jewelers and both came in at over triple the price.
It was ready and shipped within days and when I received it it was just perfect. Edessa gave me the best service I have received in pretty much any internet service business I have ever shopped at. Further the quality and execution of the workmanship keep in mind this was custom was way beyond expectations. AAA Plus. would recommend to anyone."

When the ring didnt fit you all exchanged it. WB even took good care of a ring I sent as a size example and sent it back tucked carefully in one of those beautiful boxes. I broke the rules.
