I'd like to take a moment to highlight the excellent customer service provided to me this week by Steve (in shipping?). I ordered two wedding bands a few weeks ago, and the one meant for me wasn't a perfect fit. I returned it once, but the next size down also wasn't a perfect fit. I returned the ring again. In short order Steve expedited the manufacturing of what turns out is the perfect fit and overnighted it to me.
