"Looking for a 10th anniversary wedding band upgrade for my wife I did a good deal of shopping at various jewelers as I am relatively skeptical of purchasing expensive items online. I would also like to compliment the site design team for putting together a simple to follow site that brings up other examples for comparison and clear picture which were accurate to what I purchased. In the end I found a beautiful Handcrafted Tri-colored gold band that my wife simply loves and I assure you she is extremely picky. I was also pleased to see that the cost of the band was relatively adjusted to ring size as my wife is a 5.5 which was not taken into consideration at several jewelry stores i.e. same price for size 10 with much more gold as a size 5.5. I have since recommended this site to family and friends.

"You cannot find a bigger pain in the ass when buying thing online then me. I fully admit I am picky and want what I want how I want it and do not apologize for it. The only problem with being that way when shopping online you have to find accommodating retailers.
When WeddingBands.com says 30 days no questions asked they mean NO QUESTIONS on returns.
I was torn between three rings. They said return for full refund so i decided to take them up on it. I ordered ALL THREE and had them all engraved om the notion that the one I liked would be done and Id just return the other two and hope they not hassle me.
The rings were all beautiful but surprisingly when I put them on I wasnt satisfied with anyone of them. They were beautiful and the craftsmanship was impeccable but not one of them jumped out at me. So I called got an RMA and returned ALL THREE. They didnt even ask why. Just issued the RMA asked if they could be on any other service. So I ordered another ring size 13 fully engraved.... and I still wasnt satisfied... They issued an RMA when I called and simply asked what more they could do.
I explained what I had looked at and what I was looking for. No this call was on a Saturday and the shop was closed. But the man answering John was very helpful and quite knowledgeable. After talkiing he told me he could customize something for me and would have it manufactured and sent out straight away. So five days later ring number six showed up. He was right it was perfect. Just what I was looking for. And by the time I received it I already had received refunds for the other five rings.
This has been one of the most satisfying and pleasurable online shopping experiences. I just wish it wasnt for a wedding ring because how many of these am I going to buy?! I wish they sold coffee or clothes or something else I order all the time just so I could keep doing business with this company.
