"Even though I have made purchases online I had some trepidation about buying gold jewelry especially our wedding bands online. However after reading MANY of the online testimonials and one clarifying phone call with the company I felt more at ease. Then we received our wedding bands but neither one fit. Feeling a little panicked I called the company and they couldnt have been nicer or more helpful! They immediately sent me an email outlining my concern and the information needed to mail back the rings. My partner was lucky because on the 2nd try his fit perfectly. Mine however needed to be returned a 2nd time again incredible customer service! and on the 3rd try it fit like a charm. I should also note that the turn around time was very quick...within a week. We are very pleased with the quality and look of the rings and we were very impressed when they arrived in a beautiful wooden box. I can honestly say that the rings and every contact we had with the company were exceptional. I do not have any reservation recommending weddingbands.com and I encourage all couples to consider purchasing their rings from them. You wont be disappointed and if like me you run into any issues e.g. size they make it very easy to resolve."

"So I picked up my Fiances ring that I purchased from Weddingbands.com to local jewelry store and ask about sizing the ring. Because I ordered it too large. The salesman asked in a certain tone which said he thought he'd be able to say he could've gotten me a better deal and why didn't I come to him first...So James may I ask how much you paid for this ring? I replied with the price...and his eyebrows went up eyes widened and wrinkled his forehead. He said Large ring...heavy...thats a great price. At that moment I really knew I'd gotten a good price. "I am very impressed with weddingbands.com. We ordered our rings ad of course we ordered the wrong size. I emailed weddingbands and they responded with in a couple of hours with a phone call. They confirmed the changes we needed to make emailed us the return paperwork and with in 2 days of them receiving our return mailed out the new rings. They made the whole experience as easy as could be. We now have rings that fit and my wife and I are very pleased with them."
