Guarantee If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase!
At WeddingBands.com no purchase is
complete until you are satisfied. Our wedding bands are of the highest quality,
and we are confident that upon receipt of your wedding bands you will find that
it matches your order exactly. However, if for any reason you decide not to
keep your wedding bands, you can return them to us within thirty (30) days from
the original date shipped for a full refund of the purchase price (shipping and
handling charges are non refundable. Each "engraved" returned ring will be
subject to a Twenty-Five Dollar ($25.00) restocking fee.)
At wedding bands.com, our wedding rings
are artfully crafted to finest quality with precious metal or combination of
metals of your liking. Our platinum wedding rings are manufactured with 95%
platinum. We can manufacture the wedding rings in platinum, 14K, 18K (white,
yellow or rose gold or combinations) gold.

Please write your Return Authorization Number in bold letters on the outside of
your return package and include inside with the returned item a copy of the
Return Authorization Form .
The band must be received back at
Wedding Bands.com within this RMA time period (10 days maximum) and also within
thirty (30) days from the original date shipped. Any bands returned with an
expired or without a visible Return Authorization Number will be refused and
not be processed. An issued Return Authorization Form is valid only for the
reason approved and any additional requests (unless pre-approved) will
invalidate the Guarantee and any RMA change (once issued) may be subject to a
Twenty-Five Dollar ($25.00) or 15% service fee which ever is greater. Send the
package pre-paid and insured for the full amount of the invoice, including
shipping charges. Please enclose a copy of your order confirmation with your
returned item. We do not accept COD's
Please do not write jewelry, diamonds,
or any other identifiable luxury item "word" to protect the package against
possible theft during transportation. We cannot be responsible for return
shipping losses.
All returned items must be returned in
the same condition as they were sent including ring case and box. Returned
Items that contain missing, damaged or incomplete ring case
and/or box are subject to a Ten Dollar ($10.00) charge each. We can
only process your request after an independent third party appraiser inspects
the returned wedding bands. Damaged wedding rings due to client negligence and
any modified or altered wedding bands will not be accepted. Returned wedding
bands must be undamaged and unused.
If the item you ordered does not fit
your finger size, you can return it once within thirty (30) days from the
original date shipped to be sized or exchanged for the proper size at our
discretion. Just specify your correct finger size. You will be charged for
sizing and shipping the ring back to you. A wedding ring that has been engraved
or textured can also be re-sized. There may be an additional charge for
re-engraving. Please note: Titanium or combination Titanium wedding bands and
some Hand Made wedding bands can not be resized.
Returns take approximately two to four
weeks to process once we receive the item. Limit one (1) wedding ring return per
person. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original purchase.
We reserve the right to hold and/or not
process any order containing information that is incomplete, incorrect,
suspicious, can not be verified or is fraudulent.
The above warranty does not apply to
commercial purchases, custom designs, special orders, replacement orders,
exchanges, one of a kind, or discontinued items - whereas all sales are final.
